Our Foods 1 students brought the heat to the kitchen today with a Pizza Challenge that was as creative as it was delicious! Each team made their dough from scratch, designed a pizza around a unique theme, and plated it to perfection for our staff judges. 👨🍳🎨
From presentation to flavor, these student chefs delivered—big time! Shoutout to Ms. Laabs for bringing the cheesy spirit in her pizza tee and apron, and of course, for posing with the ultimate "Say Cheese" banner! 🧀📸

🧠🫀 Hands-on learning at its finest!
Forty of our students from Human Body Systems and Anatomy & Physiology had an unforgettable experience at Marquette University's Gross Anatomy Lab. Under the guidance of future medical professionals, they rotated through stations exploring the muscular and organ systems—seeing, holding, and learning from real donor bodies.
Marquette is one of the only universities in the country to open this kind of lab experience to high school students. In addition to the anatomy, students learned about the importance of body donation in medical education and research.
A huge thank you to Marquette for providing this rare opportunity—we’re confident it lit a spark in many of our future healthcare professionals! 🩺🔬
