The bus routes are loaded in Skyward. Go to your Family Access Skyward account and go to the Transportation Tile on the dashboard. You will see the pickup and drop off times.

All old saved bookmarks for Skyward should be deleted on computers and chromebooks. The link to the new site is on the school's homepage. Please bookmark that URL.
The UGHS account on the app should be deleted and then add the account again. This is the new correct version.
COMING UP NEXT WEEK!
August 17th is picture and payment day. All students in grades 9, 10, 11 should plan to have their school yearbook picture taken on Wednesday between Noon and 7pm. Come when it is convenient to you during that time. Please enter through the south gym doors.
We will be available in the office to take payments from 7am to 7pm that day. You can enter the south doors, or you may buzz at the Hwy 45 or North doors for entrance. Cash or Check only at the school until Noon. We can take credit card payments Noon - 7pm.
Seniors - you do not need to have a yearbook picture taken. Senior pictures should be submitted to Mr. Wald before Winter Break. If you would like to use a school photo you may come on Wednesday.
Make-up Picture day is scheduled for October 11. The photographer is also here for our Freshmen that cannot make Wednesday on Orientation day, August 31.
Skyward is doing another fee update. Access to eFunds should reopen tomorrow or Saturday morning
The connection with eFunds had been fixed and online payments are now available. Before paying fees, here are the new directions:
Online Payment Directions for the new Skyward System
Please log in to your Skyward Family Access account. Go to the Fee Tab and check the current fees at the top. You can look below and add any Optional Fees for the year, such as Chromebook Insurance, Yearbook, Parking Permit (Jrs and Srs only please) which will move them up to the top area.
Proceed to the Fee Payments Tile located on your home page- – you can get back to that page by clicking on the Skyward Logo in the top left corner, or in the drop down if you click the menu hamburger on the top left . In the top right of the fee payments area is the EFS button.
This will take you directly to eFunds without doing a separate login and password. You should see all of the fees for your student account. Please pay as you always have. If you are new to eFunds, please set up a payment type. We recommend ACH with your checking account. That courtesy fee is $1.50 per transaction, the total does not change the fee. The courtesy fee for Credit Card purchases is set at $2.95 per $100 charged.
PLEASE DO NOT ADD THE EXTRA FEES IN EFUNDS – YOU MUST DO IT IN SKYWARD PRIOR TO MOVING TO EFUNDS.
We are available 7-3 Monday - Thursday for in-person cash and check payments. Please use eFunds for all credit card payments.
Office construction is complete and we will be relocating back to the north side offices on Monday. We will only be open for practice permits during the day as we navigate the move. Enter through the HWY 45 doors. All phone calls will be directed to VM for the HS office staff through noon on Tuesday. We will answer as we are able.

Fall picture day will be held on August 17th. Afterwards, you’ll be able to select your image for your yearbook. (please remember to do so before it’s selected for you), and all orders will be delivered to your home. To view and order photos from Picture Day: You’ll receive an email when your images are ready to view online. Or, you can search for them at vipis.com shortly after photos are taken. The Fall Sports meeting will be held on August 1st at 6pm in the gym. Please enter through the south doors. Parents and athletes are expected to attend.
