The Athletic Office will be offering two special permit days in July—a great opportunity for Fall athletes, especially Football players, to stop in and get their practice permits!
📅 Permit Days in July:
• Tuesday, July 29 | 12PM – 4PM
• Thursday, July 31 | 8AM– 12PM
📅 August Office Hours (Starting August 4):
• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✅ To receive a practice permit, make sure the following are complete:
1. Skyward online athletic registration
2. Concussion/Cardiac form (also online on Skyward)
3. Up-to-date physical (bring a copy or email it to: gehrgin@ug.k12.wi.us)
4. Immunization records (needed for our school RN) Note: there are new requirements.

Calling all Fall athletes! ⚽🏈🏐🎾🏃♀️⛳📣
Get a head start on your sport requirements this summer! Physical forms are available on the Athletic & Activity page of our website under "Quick Links"- Forms & Documents. Once completed, physicals can be emailed to gehrgin@ug.k12.wi.us or faxed by your doctor to 262-878-4056.
The athletic registration and concussion/cardiac form will open in Skyward in July, along with School Registration (watch for an email!). After completing the online forms and sending in the physical, athletes can pick up a practice permit from the office in August. You could also bring a hard copy of the physical when getting the practice permit.
Those in winter & spring sports can also get their online registration and physical submitted, but do not need the practice permit until that sport starts. All start dates are on the Athletic & Activity page.
The Athletic office will be open in August for practice permits Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays 7am-3pm.

As if that wasn't enough, Nolan was also named Conference Player of the Year for an incredible fourth consecutive time! 🎾And let's not forget the entire Boys Tennis team, who battled hard to earn 2nd place at Sectionals yesterday!
