Transcript Request
There are two options to choose from when ordering/requesting a transcript:
- Fill out a Transcript Request Form in the Student Service Office. Cost: $0 current student, $4 alumni/former student. (Note: this option utilizes the paper mail system and may take longer for recipient to receive transcript) 
- Parchment - online order service. Fees apply. (Note: this option is recommended for college admission purposes) 
Request Transcript through Parchment
- Create an account at Parchment. Please note, once you have created an account you may log back in at any time to request additional transcripts. 
- Add Union Grove High School to your Parchment account. 
- Choose where you would like your transcript(s) sent. 
- Fees apply. Payment may be made by credit card.
