Link Crew orientation planned for incoming freshmen on Thursday, August 28, 2025. This day will start with large and small group activities, lunch, group picture, Chrome book distribution, and, a run through the class schedule. This is a “freshman only day,” so students can learn all about the building, meet fellow classmates, and meet their teachers. Your student will have junior and senior Link Crew Leaders to provide them with assistance as they transition into their freshmen year. Your student’s Link Leaders will help them feel more comfortable as well as help them achieve success in their first year of high school. Your student is encouraged not to bring cell phones, backpacks, purses or other like items as the day is quite active. Because the day is active, please make sure that your student wears comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.

When: Thursday, August 28, 2025

Time: 7:30 am. – 2:45 pm.

Where: Union Grove High School

Lunch will be available to students for purchase in the cafeteria. They may also bring a bag lunch, but make sure the lunch is marked with the student’s name.
