Emergency Information

In the event of school closures, delays, or other emergency situations, families can expect to receive important updates through the following channels:

  • Phone Calls: Automated phone messages will be sent to the primary contact numbers listed in Skyward. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications.

  • SMS/Text Messages: Text alerts will be sent to the phone numbers listed in Skyward. Opt-in for text messages by ensuring your mobile number is correct in the system. Opted out of alerts and want back in? Text START to 98900.

  • Email: Families will be notified via email for school closures or changes in schedule. Expect emails from "noreply@ug.k12.wi.us".

  • School Website: Emergency updates will be posted on the Union Grove High School homepage as soon as they are available.

  • Local Media: School closures and delays will be reported by local news stations including:

    • TV: FOX6, TMJ4, WISN12

    • Radio: 92.1FM, 94.5FM, 620AM, 1400AM
